In May of 2002, Mr. Fairburn built a deck on my home, to replace a deck which had been built 20 years ago. In addition, he replaced the insulation and various other parts of the home adjacent to the deck which had also received water damage in the past 20 years.

His workmanship is excellent and his estimate for the cost of the work and the materials was accurate and closely adhered to.

In 2002 we hired Dave Fairburn and Reliable Painting and Handyman Service to paint our house and point our chimney.
